I came across this IBM commercial a few weeks ago but ever since it has been stuck in my head and since I don’t think it has been given as many credits as it should, here it it for you! A commercial from Sweden which I just recently discovered but I like it allot! Can’t say much more about this, just that it makes me want to go to ikea. So, mission accomplished!

This video just passed my radar now and already has been online for 2 months! Loving this video so much, the sound adds not only a 4th but also a 5th dimension if you ask me as animation and sound go together just perfect!
Amsterdam DNA Trailer
If you are looking for a reason to go to Amsterdam, here is one, and it’s a damn good one if you ask me! This is the trailer for the new department the Amsterdam Museum has opened, called Amsterdam DNA. It takes you on a 3d (actually 2,5 but well) journey through the entire history of the capital of the Netherlands which just looks awesome!

30 motion tests in 30 seconds
This is a video that inspired me, not only in some projects running or coming up, but most of all in taking a day off to experiment with cinema 4d and to look how far I could take my skills after only 2 months working with this software. Steffen Knoesgaard blew away the world with this video which he used to kick off his freelance career. My experiment can be found here: 2D in a 3D space.
Nike Seitiro 2012 Anaglyph
2011 is already coming to an end and therefor the football season is almost half way, in Belgium at least! This is a video by Nike Italy to showcase the 2011-2012 official Serie A football ball. I will have to get myself some 3d glasses to see this video but even without it looks great!
Resonance
About 4 months ago this video became public online on vimeo, since then it keeps getting views each day just because it is one of the coolest experiments in motion graphics. It’s a project that goes by over 30 and audio designers/studios and was done to explore how they could coop together using geometry and sound. Just take your time to go to vimeo afterwards to check out all the project members, very cool stuff!
The bear, Canal+
There are very few commercials that really are worth to be shown on television as even a commercial could and should be entertaining. To bad, the ones running at the moment would be counted on one hand I think. Canal+ is one of the companies that does deliver some pieces worth watching, just click play and see for yourself.
